The Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit (the “EDC”) is soliciting the submission of Proposals from well-established licensed Architects and Engineering / Design firms experienced with design contracts to participate in the City of Detroit’s Motor City Re-Store Program (MCR-S) for exterior / facade improvements to existing commercial buildings in Detroit’s business districts.
