Motor City Re-Store Sessions will provide help for businesses applying for facade improvement grants

• Available matching grants up to $25,000 will help pay for exterior improvements at neighborhood Detroit businesses
• Free sessions designed to answer questions from small business owners about applying for the citywide program

DETROIT, Dec. 5, 2017 – Motor City Re-Store will host a number of free information sessions this week and next for interested business owners in several neighborhoods in both the east and west sides of Detroit. The program provides business owners matching grants up to $25,000 to design and build façade and other exterior improvements – including landscaping, murals or public art design, outdoor dining options, historic preservation efforts and more.
