We want to see your storefront look great! We have selected a pool of approved architects and qualified builders to help boost your business. For architecture, you will select service providers from our pool and get at least 3 bids for your drawings. For construction trades, we provide the list as a resource to you as you make your selection.

The RFQ and application for architects, designers and engineers is available through December.

The purpose of the Motor City Re-Store program is to improve the physical conditions of Detroit’s commercial corridors to make neighborhoods more attractive, more walkable, and better for business. It is the sole intent of this Registration Form to develop a list of service providers (Artists and Fabricators) who are interested and willing to participate with Motor City Re-Store architects and bid on construction of exterior improvements for up to 20 businesses each quarter awarded by the EDC (Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit) to receive design services.
